I have been in the Culinary Field for over 18 years. Starting as a busser and dishwasher, eventually working my way up to Head Chef and Supervisor. The way I want food to taste is to tell a story, something that reminds you of a special moment.

Hobbies and Passions

I am a Personal Trainer. A former Volunteer Firefighter. Dog and cat dad. Will travel across the map to eat with the locals.
